1. Shipping Areas
Currently Main Coverage Areas:

United States (Contiguous 50 states, excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and military bases)

Canada (Including 10 provinces)
United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)
Europe (EU countries: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc., excluding Southern Ireland)

⚠️ Note:

Additional shipping fees may apply to remote areas (such as the Scottish Highlands, Greek islands, etc.); Delivery to non-EU European countries (such as Switzerland, Norway) and British Overseas Territories (such as the Channel Islands) is currently unavailable.

2. Order Processing Time

Standard processing time: 1-3 business days (business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). All orders will be processed within 72 hours after payment verification (delays may occur due to inventory checks or peak periods).

4. Shipment and Tracking

Shipping Notification: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a logistics tracking link.
Delivery Anomalies: If the address is incorrect/cannot be signed for, the package will be returned to the warehouse, and secondary shipping costs will be incurred (borne by the customer).

5. Disclaimer of Uncontrollable Factors
The following situations may cause delays, which are not our responsibility:

Peak holidays (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.);
Customs inspections, strikes, extreme weather;
Incorrect delivery address/failure to clear customs in a timely manner/refusal to pay customs duties.

6. Returns and Loss Handling

Lost/Damaged Packages: Report within 30 days of receipt. We will assist in claiming compensation from the logistics company (photos of the package and tracking number are required). Delivery Failure: If delivery fails due to our fault, a full refund will be issued. If reshipment is required due to incorrect customer information, new shipping fees will apply.
