Order-related issues

After I placed an order, the order status has not been updated. What happened?

Dear customer, thank you for placing an order with us. Order status updates may be delayed for the following reasons:

1. During the promotional period, there was a surge in orders: Our warehouse is busy packing items, so there may be a delay in updating information. Please allow 1-2 business days for this information to be updated.

2. Courier not collected: The item has been packed, but the courier has not yet scanned it for collection. Once scanned, the shipping information will be updated immediately.

3.System synchronization delay: Occasionally, network delays may cause information to not sync.

Can I modify the order information (address, product, specifications)?

Hello, order modifications are subject to change.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact our online customer service immediately (providing your order number). We'll do our best to modify your delivery address or product information. Please note that we can't guarantee a 100% success rate, but we'll do our best.

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we can't prevent modifications. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it's not what you requested, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Tip for modification: To ensure safety, we recommend carefully checking your delivery information and product details before placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it in "My Orders." Alternatively, you can contact us for assistance.
*Please note that we are unable to cancel orders that have already shipped.

How can I check the status of my order?

Your current order status is displayed on the My Orders and Tracking page.

Payment related issues

I can't make a payment/the payment failed. What's the reason?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Payment failures are typically caused by the following reasons:

1.Network Issues: Please check your connection and refresh the page to try again.

2.Bank Card Limits: Your bank card may have a single or daily payment limit. Please contact your issuing bank to confirm.

3.Payment Platform Issues: Some banks' payment systems may experience temporary maintenance.

4.Browser/App Cache Issues: We recommend clearing your cache or trying a different browser/app.

If none of the above solutions resolve the issue, please provide a screenshot of the error and contact our online customer service team. We will assist you as soon as possible.

Why does my order show as "Unpaid" even though I paid?

Please don't worry. This is most likely due to data transmission delays within the bank or payment platform's systems.

Typically, there will be no duplicate debits, and the order will automatically update to "paid" within a few minutes to a few hours.

Please be patient and keep a screenshot of your payment receipt.

If your order status hasn't been updated after two hours, please contact our customer service with your payment receipt. We will manually verify and update the status for you. We will ensure you don't incur any losses.

Shipping and Delivery

Where are the products shipped from?

Our warehouses are located in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. We will prioritize shipping from the warehouse closest to you.

What is the delivery time?

What is the delivery time?
Warehouse processing time is 1-2 business days. Delivery time for standard products is 2-6 business days. Delivery time for heavy, large products and accessories is 10-15 business days.

How do I get tracking information?

Once the package is shipped, the tracking information will be updated on the "My Orders" page.

Why is the tracking number invalid?

If the tracking number is invalid, please contact our customer service and we will investigate.

What if the delivery fails?

If delivery fails, please contact us immediately and we will contact the logistics operator to find out the specific reason and let you know how we will handle it.

Returns and Refunds

How long is the warranty period?

We provide a one-year warranty for products sold on the official MAXXT website.

How do I return my product?

If the product can be returned for free, please contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the product for a return label/return address. Please contact us again for a refund after signing for the returned package at our warehouse.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Step 1: Please contact our Customer Service (Contact Us) and provide the reason and any necessary photos or videos to verify your order issue.
Step 2: Our Customer Service team will investigate and provide a solution according to our policies.
Step 3: Once you have agreed on a solution, our Customer Service team will provide return information (please do not return items to the return address on the package).
Step 4: Return the product (if necessary). Once our warehouse receives the return, our Customer Service team will process your refund/exchange. You should receive your refund within 2-14 business days. The specific timeframe depends on your card issuer.

When will the refund be credited to my account?

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. The specific transfer refund date is subject to the payment channel bank.

What should I do if I haven't received my refund?

Please contact your bank to confirm that the refund has been successfully processed. If your bank confirms that the payment was unsuccessful, please contact us.
